Rite Aid: Gift of Savings AFTER coupons and +UP’s

Email this Post

WE all love Rite Aid’s Gift of Savings program.  What you need to know is there have been a few changes versus last year…

First, you enter your receipts just like a single check rebate – there is no separate page as there has been in the past.  Rite Aid will email you when your Gift of Savings certificate is ready and you just print it and go.

Second – Shannon at ForTheMommas discovered today that THEY ARE DEDUCTING the Rite Aid coupons and +UP rewards from the spend.  So it will take a little longer to accumulate the dollars spent.

  1. So if you are basically recycling +UP rewards you’ll never actually hit it?

    • Julie – that is what I am thinking….

      • Me too… Crying over here. I have 43.69 total purchase, I entered 225.00 worth of reciepts. I don’t see how we will get to 100.00.
We have a month. Will it happened? This is a mystery. Look on the bright side. I purchase 225.00 of item and 43.69 qualify. I thinking about all the “FREE” stuff I got. (181.31 of coupons) I’m still Happy. LOL

  2. Here’s another thought Shaw’s was doing a if you buy $100 worth of gift cards you get $20 back for your next shopping trip or something like that, so maybe we should all just spend it to get the money back then go from there, at RA I mean. I think the deal with Shaw’s was regional, not sure.

  3. That’s what I did, only bought stuff with either up rewards or SCR’s. Guess I’m anxious to get done with this.
