CVS Coupon Policy has been updated online and they finally included the details on BOGO sales that I already had received in a October 2009 email, but was missing when they finally published their policy online September 2011.
- You can use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale and get both items for FREE.
- You can also use 2 coupons on a BOGO sale as long as you do not exceed item total.
My store has always operated that way, but now you have an official policy to print:

- CVS/pharmacy does not accept expired coupons.
- Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or gift cards.
- Third Party Manufacturer coupons are issued by a third party and sales tax may be charged on pre-coupon price.
- CVS/pharmacy does not accept coupons for items not carried in our stores.
