Same as Nicole — shipping is being charged even though on harder of page it states free shipping for $50 and over no exclusions. I am going to call customer service.

I have had this set for years. I love it!
I have called customer care,and they cancelled my order and told me that they will place new order with free shipping.Unfortunately they told me they have no stock of this item and all of those who placed orders will get cancelled and all of them will recieve cancelled emails.
