Target has these PlasmaCars on sale today for $39.99 with FREE shipping. It is one of he daily deals so it could sell out. This is about the lowest I have seen these – they were $42 shipped on Black Friday – and they look like so much fun. Many readers commented that they are awesome and I am tempted again.
