Good Morning. The 40 ups print as follow. .. 10, 10 and 20. I bought 70 in one transaction

I too did mine in the same transaction. I ended the trip with $17 in plus ups. I could have planned a bit more and paid a bit less but all in all this is one of the best weeks at Rite Aid I have seen yet and I have been only doing this since July. I figured if I can’t use all of the plus ups before they expire I can get candy for Halloween if I have to!!!!

I am looking to buy the extra soft, my local store
is not very helpful in my local store; they will
say that they don’t know and then shame me
on returns so I hardly shop there but I could use
the TP deal badly.

Ichigo – the Exra Soft WAS included on sale at my store.

OMG!
So I finally went in and bought it but ofcourse
in my store the extra soft is not included.
I asked the manager and was told ” That it is what it is, he can’t argue with the computer system.”
so I promptly told him that I wanted to return; yes he did take his time
until there was a few other people in the other lines to Shane me “Some people think that they are better than others he said first and followed
by saying “I am not in the bussiness of giving products away for free, for
that there is Salvation Army”
But this time I told him that, that was the reason
I was going across the street to Walgreens bc they treat costumers
with respect.

For the record I had zero coupons and zero UP rewards
so yes I was paying full price and only getting
the rewards from this one single transaction.
I wonder when this store will close.

I would call customer service and report it. Corporate has done a ton of work sending memo’s etc. to their stores demanding that they treat coupon customers well.
I did not buy the extra soft, but did see them on sale. You can ask customer service if they should be included as well. BUT I would definitely call them.
I had no coupons though;
NONE whatsoever not even a buck in coupons.
They are just rude. I am not dealing with them anymore all 2 Rite Aid around here are like that, same manager duo.
I went to do the Kimberly Clark deal this morning and did transactions one and two and no ups printed on either. It didn’t even start tracking until after the second transaction. The lady said she didn’t know what to tell me, that I must have already done it (which I have not). I kept it all because we need it, but I’m calling customer service tomorrow!
Gail – maybe they had a slow start this morning – their were reports on SAt in CA ( their ad starts early) that tracking was taking up to 20 minutes between transactions. Do not worry, I am sure that customer service can take care of it for you tomorrow.
I heard that on 93 coming from Natick they have a ritea id that is 24hrs; does anybody know if they have TP and paper towels?
I need some badlly an dthis a good price even without coupons at leat I think, we go through a roll a day.

AWESOME kitty litter deal. $10 UP when you buy $20 Arm & Hammer….my scenerio bought 3 Multi-Cat litter’s BOGO $8.39 each with (3) $1 coupons= $22.17 OOP got $10 UP = $2.03 each for 6 boxes!!!!!!!

Thanks for the coupon links! Got 2 pack of paper towels, 3 of TP, 2 (8 pack)travel packs of Kleenex, 5 boxes of Kleenex, bag of diapers, Little Swimmer (had a free q on this one from “Enjoy the Ride” points), 2 bags of M&M’s, Fat Foam hair color and 3 packs of Trident for $40 OOP and $21 in ups for next week. Needed the stock-up on TP!
I had a problem with the Kimberly Clark Deal too. I know you posted about a possible lag so I didn’t panic when my first $20 worth of purchases didn’t show up. Then today I went to another store and bought enough to take me over the $30 mark. Well only the 2nd purchase came up on my receipt! I called customer service and they are going to mail me the $10 UPR. I guess I should not bother going for any of the higher rewards now….
The Toms of Maine soap printed two $1UPR…no idea why, but not complaining!
