Do your kids do laundry?
Let me tell you how happy I was when we got a front loading machine – my son was able to reach it to load!
Purex 3-in-1 combines a full loads worth of detergent, softener (truth be told I never bothered with that – LOL!) & anti-static in one easy to use sheet. You just place it in your washer with the clothes and it travels right along into the dryer with them. Being an engineer I could bore you with the “heat activated release system” BLAH BLAH – all you need to know is make sure it goes into the dryer so the fabric softener and anti-static can work.
There was no need to run down in the middle of a wash to add softener (if you are nuts enough to do that – LOL). I was skeptical as to whether it would work, but the clothes were clean and fresh just as they always are – unless of course I leave them festering in the washer for too long – you know we ALL do it!
If only I had these in college when I used to lug everything down to the basement laundry room in the dorm. Afraid you do not have a full load, cut the sheet in half!! Traveling? – how easy to pack a sheet or 2 in your suitcase without worrying about leakage!
Afraid it will cost too much? In a lot of cases it is cheaper than buying detergent, fabric softener and anti-static separately. Right now there is $1/1 Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets, exp. 2-20 (RP 1/10/10) available and if we pair that with a sale – very reasonable. We will have to work on them for higher value coupons – you know how much we love our coupons.
