Has everyone noticed that Good Start formula price stayed the same - about $22-$24 depending on the store - but the package SHRUNK from 32 oz to 24 oz!!! DID THEY THINK WE WOULD NOT NOTICE!!! This makes me MAD!!! I knew they were changing packages because all the old cans (left) were on clearance at Shaws a month or so ago (I cleared out 2 stores!!), but had NO IDEA they were shrinking. Well I ran out and had to buy more at Shaws the other day $24.99 - EEEKKK!! Now I did notice that I got a bunch of $5 catalina coupons to use - I guess that is Nestle's way of softening the blow.BUT TODAY AT TARGET - I HIT PAYDIRT!!!! They had the old cans priced at $17.99 - yup that is right, $17.99 sitting right next to the smaller cans prices at $24. How CRAZY IS THAT!! I grabbed 4 (left one behind) and at checkout, I happened to give them the Shaws catalina coupon and they took it - so i got one can for $12.99!!!! I have more coupons at home so I will price adjust the receipt when I go back.
SO CHECK OUT ALL TARGETs NEAR YOU IF YOU USE THIS FORMULA - THE PRICE CANNOT BE BEAT and the old cans are hard to find. I willbe checking KMart & Walmart as well and will let you know.
HAPPY HUNTING!!!
I have also sent an email to Nestle and will update you when they respond.
update: no word from Nestle yet, but I did find some of the BIG cans online for $23.99 and if you buy 6, and use code NEW5 you get an additional 5% off and free shipping!!

I went to Walmart this past weekend and got the big can for $19. They only had 1 can though. I went to second Walmart and they didn't have any. But my one can was a good find!
Same thing happened to me when I went to Jewel/Osco - they were selling the smaller cans for $24.99 and the bigger cans for $22.99. I kept on comparing the two cans to see if I was missing something!! When I realized that it was their error, I bought all the bigger cans on the shelf
I have never seen 32 oz cans here in Chicago. I think they've been on the 25 oz cans for awhile. Every once in awhile, Target will have some with 20% more free.
It's so hard to find great deals on formula! Our Jewel had a $5/2 catalina deal last week and I was able to get a few then, using Jewel coupons.
